Shipping + Returns
We generally do not accept returns of beer unless there is a product defect. If you receive a bottle or packaging that is defective we will generally issue a replacement product for such bottles. If a replacement product is not available, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or a store credit instead. We will not accept return of any product that was damaged due to weather conditions during shipment or improper storage after either pick-up or shipment by us from our store. We also cannot accept returns for any beer delivered to you by a third party.
Delivered Beer: For beer ordered through our online store and shipped to you via our shipping vendor, please inspect deliveries upon receipt and contact email@example.com within 48 hours of arrival so that we can initiate a claim with our shipping vendor. Please provide a scan of your receipt or order number from breweryrex.com. Also, if at all possible, please keep the original package and its contents exactly as your found them. Our staff will give you instructions for returning the damaged product and receiving a replacement item or refund.
Purchases from Third Party Retailers: We are unable to refund or replace beer that has been purchased from third party retailers (e.g., liquor stores, bottle shops, bars, restaurants, etc). If there is an issue with a bottle purchased from a retailer, please address the issue with that retailer.
apparel and merchandise
All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with a copy of the invoice or receipt and reason of return within 14 days of purchase. Glassware may not be returned, unless they are damaged upon delivery.
To return a shipped item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. Brewery Rex will cover shipping costs to return and replace damaged or defective items. Shipping costs for items returned for any other reason are the buyer’s responsibility.
You may cancel an online order for non-beer products within 24 hours of purchase by contacting email@example.com put “Order Cancellation – Misc.” in the subject line. If the order is already in route, please refuse the shipment. We will credit you the cost of the product, minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
